We stand behind Fed Up. If you read it and feel it wasn't the right fit, email humanprotocolbooks@gmail.com within 24 hours of your purchase and we will refund your payment in full.

We only ask one thing: tell us briefly what didn't work for you, so we can keep improving the book. That's it - no forms, no conditions, no hoops to jump through.

How Refunds Work

Refunds are processed manually through Stripe, our payment provider. Once we receive your request:

• We confirm your purchase using the email address you used at checkout.
• We issue the refund directly through Stripe.
• Funds typically appear back on your card within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

After 24 Hours

Because Fed Up is a digital product delivered instantly, and to keep this guarantee sustainable for a small independent business, refund requests made after the 24-hour window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis rather than guaranteed. We're still happy to hear from you - contact us and we'll do our best to help.

We Will Always Help With

Regardless of timing, we will always resolve the following at no charge:

• You did not receive your download - we will resend it.
• Your download link expired or stopped working - we will send a new one.
• You received the wrong file - we will correct it immediately.
• You were charged twice - we will refund the duplicate charge right away.
